Bathurst RSL Club Refurbishment

Client: New England Constructions

Bathurst RSL Club has a long term plan to refurbish and to expand the premises in Rankin Street Bathurst.

To do this New England Constructions have been engaged to design, construct and refurbish the club.

AJS have played a major role in all electrical modifications to date.

Work started in April 2006 and has continued periodically through most of 2007.

So far a new coffee lounge has been built, the entire gaming area has been refurbished, two outside smoking terraces have been built and the main entrance modified/improved.

Ongoing plans to develop the club further will continue throughout 2008.

Work has just started on an interim Kitchen upgrade.

All work was carried out while the club remained open to the general public.

AJS played a major role in upgrading/modifying and rationalisation of the existing power reticulation within the club.

Lights were installed as per the New England Constructions design and a Dynalite lighting control system was installed to enhance the ambience of the gaming area and to increase options for club patrons and staff.
