The scope of work is as follows:

• Installation of 1250amp capacity mains cables from substation.
• Manufacture + install main switchboard.
• Underground conduit system between switch room, wet well, generators & bio-filter.
• Wiring of 2 generators and auto transfer switch.
• Installation + wiring of a 150amp active harmonic filter.
• Installation of the specified Telemetry system.
• Wiring of the bio-filter ventilation fans and control panel.
• Installation of 4 x 250Kw variable speed drives.
• Wiring of 4 x 250Kw submersible pump motors.
• Installation of a level control system for the wet well.
• Installation of a flow meter + calibration.
• Wiring of the new main switch room.
• Re-supply existing workshop distribution board.
• Installation of a security system for the new main switch room.
• Area lights + general purpose power points.
• Wiring of the overhead maintenance wet well crane.
• Programming of the Omron PLC.
• Commissioning and calibration of the instrumentation controls.
• Wet commissioning of the 4 x 250Kw submersible pumps to Queanbeyan Council’s standards.
• Maintenance manuals, onsite training and operational procedures.
• WAE drawings.
